For all returns please email info@denhaady.com.my or Whatsapp us at 018-3463010 within 3 days of receiving your order to request our representatives to assist you.
Include in your email or Whatapps the original order number & the items you are requesting to return/ exchange.
Once your return/exchange has been approved you will receive a instruction on how to return & exchange via email or Whatsapp.
Complete the returns & exchange.

No exchange or retun on sale items unless product is faulty. Unwashed, unworn or unused items in original condition ( with tags) may be returned upon presentation of your original invoice up to 7 days after receiving your order.
